The “Reuzel Fiber Pomade” from Schorem - the cult barbers from Rotterdam - is a medium-strength, creamy hair paste based on water, lanolin wax and polymer. The creamy-beige hair pomade is super easy to work with and delights with the fresh scent of mint chocolate. The hold is medium firm and very good. This makes the Reuzel Fiber Pomade ideal for natural, matt-looking hairstyles with a good hold. It withstands heat very well and can be easily combed at any time. Although the pomade contains lanolin wax, beeswax, glycerin, witch hazel, rosemary, nettle, horsetail and aloe vera, the fiber pomade is mainly based on modern chemistry. However, this makes them easy to wash out. Modern users will be happy about the very pleasant handling and the respectable results. The Reuzel Fiber Pomade is packaged in a cult-like, flat blue-beige aluminum can with a sketch of a domestic pig and nostalgic ornaments and details. The pig pictured is an allusion to the origin of pomade, which was used in the 17th and 18th centuries. Century was made from lard. “Reuzel” means “pork lard” in Dutch.
